David is a an accredited Ice Bath Coach and has Coached 1000s of participants through cold water immersion. Focusing on safety and combining the breath and strength of the mind, participants leave the ice with a feeling of empowerment.

In our private ice bath sessions the client is gently guided and supported through the full process of immersion in a tub of cold water and ice for several minutes.
